Type: NShV (TU 3424-001-59861269-2004)
- Designed for terminating multi-cord copper conductors by crimping. Transforms the ends of stranded wires into monolithic pins
- The dimensions of NShV end terminals are designed so that each piece is suitable for mounting one single conductor with certain cross-sectional area. However, since there is no plastic bounding sleeve, the end terminals can also be used to connect two or more conductors.
- The core is inserted into the end terminal from the side of the bell
- Connector material: M1 grade copper
- Plating: electrolytic tin plating
- Operating temperature range: -55 °C to +135 °C
- Due to the extended temperature range, NShV lugs are recommended for use with wires w/ heat-resistant insulation made of PRKA, PRKS, PVKV, or RKGM silicon-organic rubber
- End terminals without sleeving are indispensable for terminating wires with thick insulation (for example, cables with KG and COG rubber insulation)
- NShV lugs are available with standard end terminal length. Upon request, we can manufacture NShV lugs with increased end terminal length
