Connecting cable joint kits
Type: 4PST-1 ng-LS
- Designed for connecting 4-core cables:
- with plastic insulation (PVC/polyester)
- w/ or w/o armouring
- rated for up to 1 kV
- Conforms to the requirements of GOST 13781.0-86
- Types of installed cables:
(A)VVGng-LS, NYMng-LS, (A)PvVGng-LS, (A)VBbShvng-LS, (A)VVVng-LS, AVVBng-LS, (A)VVBGng-LS, (A)PvBbShvng-LS, (A)PvBbShpng-LS - Connecting insulating sleeving with an internal layer of hot-melt adhesive provide reliable and high-quality insulation of the cable core jointing points
- Hot-melt adhesive applied onto the inner surfaces of the cable guards and enclosure tightly seals the cable joint after installation
- For armoured cables, a solderless grounding system is used. The basic configuration includes a constant-force roll springs used to attach the ground wire to the armouring tape.
- When mounting ground nodes on cables armoured with steel or aluminum, use a KMBP ground kit classified for the selected cable joint.
- The enclosure reliably protects, seals, and armours the cable joint.
- The cable joint kit is universal and allows you to use both crimping connectors and bolt connectors
- Installation tools: PG propane burner, NMB-6 tool kit for snapping sheer bolt heads and installation of shear bolt connectors
- Manufactured as per Technical Requirements TU 3599-006-97284872-2006
