MPG Hermetical flexible metal conduit with PVC insulation is manufactured by applying a protective sheath on a non-sealed RZ-C (N) metal conduit. The protective sheath is made of O-40 polyvinyl chloride plastic (GOST 5960-72). The PVC insulation provides water resistance, resistance to environment factors, and significantly increases the tensile strength. IP rating — IP 65.
These properties broaden the range of applications of the metal-polymer conduit: for hidden and open pulling of cables and wires, within air conditioning systems, heating systems, local exhaust ventilation systems, lifting and transport vehicles, and in oil and gas industry.
The hoses are designed for stationary operation: at an ambient temperature of -45OC to +40° C; relative humidity up to 98% at temperatures up to +35° C, including outdoor installation. The color of the sheath is black, gray, white, beige. At the customer's request, we can manufacture protective sheaths of any color from the RAL table and implementing any other specifications regarding temperature.
