• Designed for hermetic jointing of copper wires
• Each kit includes an end sleeve crimp and a transparent heat shrink tubing with an adhesive layer
• Each SOTK kit contains 25 sets (end sleeve crimp+heatshrink tubing)
• The kits are available in different configurations (sizes) and are designed for jointing extended range of copper wires with different cross-sectional areas
• Tubing material: Polyolefin
• Connector material: M1 grade copper
• Connector plating: tin-bismuth plating
• In the center of the end sleeves there is a locking partition that helps determine the amount (length) of insulation removed and the depth of insertion of copper cores
• The heat shrink tubing sits on top of the crimped joint
• The heat shrink tubing with an adhesive layer and a shrinkage ratio of up to 3:1 provide complete sealing and insulation of the joints
• Transparent tubing ensures correct centering of the heat shrink sleeve relative to the connector and facilitates visual inspection of the contact joints after shrinkage
• Installation tools: 
  • end sleeve crimping: STK-05, STV-05, STK-15, STV-15 mechanical crimping pliers
  • heat shrink: heat gun or portable “KVT” butane burners
