• The lug barrels manufactured as per GOST are designed for flexibility class 5 and 6 cables and wires. We recommended to use a special table to choose a necessary lug size when installing standard flexibility class 2 and 3 copper cores.
• Standard size stamp and the manufacturer's logo on each lug
• The mandatory chamfering and tumbling procedures eliminate burrs and facilitate insertion of the cable core into the lug
• After stamping, the tips are annealed to increase the material plasticity
• Special series of high-precision MW-shaped dies for crimping of lugs and cord end terminals according to GOST requirements The dies are compatible with “KVT” hydraulic presses
• The process equipment and punch tools for the manufacture of “KVT” lugs are developed and produced at the instrument-making workshop of the plant
