• The layers of copper and aluminum are bonded at the molecular level, thus the “copper – aluminum” galvanic pair is not formed, which improves contact resistance and prevents emergencies
• The washer is used as a bimetallic gasket between the copper busbar and the contact blade of the aluminum lug
• When the washer is installed, its copper side faces the copper busbar, and the aluminum side faces the aluminum lug
• The aluminum-copper washers are universal and are suitable for several aluminum lugs of different standard sizes, provided they have the same hole for the contact screw
• They are a cost-efficient alternative to aluminum-copper lugs
