Aluminum end sleeve cable crimps
Type: GA (GOST 23469.2-79)
- Designed for crimping aluminum cables and wires without axial load
- The end sleeve cable crimps have an open cylinder design
- Material: AD1 grade aluminum
- Operating voltage: up to 10 kV
- It is recommended to round up the sector-shaped conductors with a set of NM-300 S (KVT) dies
- After cleaning the ends of the aluminum cores with K-50 cord brush (KVT), apply “KVT” conductive contact paste onto the cores. The inner surface of the end sleeve crimp must also be clean and lubricated with the paste, having checked that, you can insert the cores half-way into it and crimp the end sleeve
