The bolted lugs are designed for terminating conductive cores with a cross-sectional area of 25 to 240 mm. sq. rated for up to 10 kV and are used for installing wires in RAYCHEM adapters. The lug is installed on the core by screwing the bolts with a hex key, the bold head snaps off when the specified torque is applied. The connectors provide reliable jointing and conductivity as per GOST 17441-84.
The connectors are made of grade B95 and D16T1 duralumin alloys.
One such connector can be used several cores of different standard sizes.
